Television - Live TV is provided by a Freeview Box. We are also signed in to Netflix, Disney+ , ITV Player, 4OD and BBC iPlayer via an Amazon Fire stick. We do not provide an amazon prime account and therefore if you wish to log in to your own, you are more than welcome to!
If you would like to download any other apps for the tv then you are welcome to.
To turn TV on/off - Press the POWER button at the top of the remote.
Shower - The shower is an Electric Shower, if it doesn't come on flick the switch in the cupboard next to the bathroom door. It is a large white switch which is labelled.
Cooker & Hob - The cooker and hob are both electric, there is a red switch on the wall to turn this on.
House Rules
We do have a few house policies we would kindly like you to adhere to: -

Strictly NO SMOKING within any areas of the property;

Please treat the property with respect, keep it clean and tidy;

Wash all dishes, utensils and pots after use, and prior to putting them away;

Don’t leave any food out, uncovered;
-
Switch all appliances off when leaving the property to conserve energy;
-
NO CANDLES are to be used in the property;
-
Please respect the neighbours, and do not play the TV or music too loud;
-
No shoes on the furniture;
-
No jumping on the beds or sofa;
-
Place all rubbish in the correct bins in the property - recycling is now mandatory in Wales and can incur a fine if not done correctly. There are recycling bins in the property which fit the collected waste streams by the private bin collector. Detailed instructions on the waste procedure is posted above the bins in the kitchen.

Departure Information
Please note that departure time is at 11am if you have Booked Direct through our website otherwise it is at 10am.
Before you leave, we would be grateful if you could carry out the following:

Please take all recyclable rubbish into the appropriate bins outside into the back, you can either leave the general rubbish in the kitchen bin or take it to the main bin at the back of the house.

Place all the dirty laundry in the laundry bags provided in the laundry bin in the double bedroom.

Please clean all dishes and pots before returning them in the cupboards;
-
Turn all lights and TV off;
-
Lock all doors and close all windows prior to leaving;
-
Please close and lock the front door and place the keys back into the key box to the right of the door.
